The remote colleague

The Hytech Service Cloud aims to monitor the more than 3,300 postal scales of PostNL and others to minimise breakdowns. Remote connectivity is crucial to efficiently deploy service staff. The portal makes the status of all scales clearly visible.

The portal takes care of the total management of the scale. This allows remote resetting of the scale, retrieving weight and even loading of complete configurations, allowing quick resolutions of malfunctions for the customer.
